PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid collision between a horn and a compression element of a compression jig during use and further reduce a deflection amount of the horn.SOLUTION: A compression element 3 of a compression jig 4 for compressing a horn 2 is made to be a vibration resonance body which resonates with a frequency equivalent to the resonance frequency of the horn 2 and may perform deflection vibration, and constituted so as to compress the nodal point of the horn 2 at the maximum amplitude point. A coupling protrusion 2A is provided at the position of the nodal point of the horn 2 on the outer peripheral surface of the horn 2, and a female screw 2B in the axial direction is engraved in the coupling protrusion 2A. A coupling rod 3A with a male screw 3B engraved on the outer peripheral surface is provided at the position of the intermediate maximum amplitude point of the nodal point of the compression element 3 on the outer peripheral surface of the compression element 3. The horn 2 and the compression element 3 are coupled with screwing between the male screw 3B of the coupling rod 3A and the female screw 2B of the coupling protrusion 2A. |
