摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disc for manufacturing powder by centrifugal atomization, applicable to manufacturing various metal fine particles having a high tapping temperature.SOLUTION: A disc 10 for manufacturing powder by centrifugal atomization includes a substrate disc 18 made of a substrate having a thermal shock resistance of 700°C or higher, and a ceramic film 20 to cover the top face of the substrate disc 18. The ceramic film 20 has a thickness Ct of 100 μm or more and 500 μm or less. The ratio of the thickness Ct to a value Br of a surface roughness Rz of the top face of the substrate disc 18, (Ct/Br), is larger than 1.0 and smaller than 10. Preferably the ratio of a thermal expansion coefficient Be of the substrate to a thermal expansion coefficient Ce of the ceramic, (Ce/Be), is larger than 1.0 and smaller than 3.0.
