PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a steel sheet for heat treatment that prevents peeling off of oxidized scale during heat treatment and the deterioration of a working environment by improving the adhesiveness of oxidized scale generated during the heat treatment.SOLUTION: In a method for manufacturing a steel sheet for heat treatment, a steel strip having a composition containing C: 0.3-1.2 mass%, Si: 0.1-1.8 mass%, Mn: 0.3-2.0 mass%, Cr: 2 mass% or less, Ni: 2 mass% or less, Mo: 0.2 mass% or less, V: 0.2 mass% or less, Cu: 0.3 mass% or less, and the balance being Fe and inevitable impurities is hot-rolled and washed with acid, and then cold-rolled by a unit tension of 150 N/mmor more to make the average crack opening width 1 μm or more. |
