Provided are an organic light emitting diode display device and a manufacturing method thereof. The organic light emitting diode display device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a display region and a non-display region. The non-display region includes a substrate, an inorganic layer arranged on the substrate, a sealing layer arranged on the inorganic layer, and a recess pattern which is recessed by constant distance from the upper side of the sealing layer, and penetrates at least part of the inorganic layer or the entire part of the sealing layer. |
