The present invention relates to a water heat storage system by the difference of the water temperature using wide-area waterworks. More specifically the present invention relates to a cooling and heating system of a water heat storage by the difference of the water temperature using wide-area waterworks, which is a cooling and heating system combined with a heat pump having wide-area waterworks as a heat source and a water heat storage system, operates the heat pump in the middle of the night and stores a part of cooling and heating for the day time in a water heat storage tub to be used during the day time, thereby decreasing peak power consumption of the day time, reducing air pollution, saving energy, performing cooling and heating inside a building since the system can be used all year round unlike an ice thermal storage system, and reducing the management costs. |
