MANUFACTURING METHOD AND EVALUATION METHOD FOR ANTI-REFLECTION ARTICLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: an anti-reflection article manufacturing method that enables production of an anti-reflection article having a micro concavo-convex surface with superior dirt wipability; and an anti-reflection article evaluation method that enables quantitative evaluation of the dirt wipability of the micro concavo-convex surface with no dependence on who makes the evaluation.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing an anti-reflection article with a micro concavo-convex layer made of a cured product of a resin composition and having a micro concavo-convex pattern on a surface thereof includes a selection step for selecting a resin composition, the selection step comprising: an evaluating anti-reflection article preparation step; a step for having a certain amount of triolein attached to the micro concavo-convex surface, the certain amount being in a range of 0.2-0.6 mg/cm; a step for dry-wiping the micro concavo-convex surface a certain number of times within a range of 20-150 strokes at a constant pressure within a range of 0.6-0.7 kg/cm; a reflectance measurement step; and a step for assessing triolein wipability by comparing a measurement result with a predetermined value. The method also includes a step for forming the micro concavo-convex layer using a resin composition that has been determined to exhibit good wipability.
