PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handle device for a valve having an erroneous operation preventive structure for preventing the valve from being erroneously operated by accident even if an operator contacts with it during non-operative state.SOLUTION: A handle device of this invention is realized by two kinds of structures, i.e. (1) a structure in which under a non-operated state where handle is stored in a first recess or a second recess of a main body of an operating part, the upper surface of a power force transmitting member is not contacted with the handle to prevent the handle device from performing erroneous operation, and under an operated state where the handle is set upright, an extremity end surface of the handle is contacted with the upper surface of the power force transmitting member to enable an operation of the handle device to be smoothly carried out, (2) a structure in which a handle acting as a rotary operating body or an operating part main body to which the handle is connected and a casing acting as a non-rotatable body are provided with recesses or protrusions to which both members are fitted, under non-operated state of the handle device, the protrusion and the recess are fitted to prevent operation of the rotary operation body from being carried out, and in turn under operated state, the fitted state between the protrusion and the recess is released to enable an operation of the rotary operation body to be carried out. |
