PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve device capable of preventing a flow passage from being clogged by foreign material while enabling a setting of minute flow rate of fluid to be set.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a valve device comprising a driving source; a rotary member rotated while receiving a driving force of the driving source; a valve body fixed to the rotary member under a state in which an end surface of the rotary member and an axial end surface are contacted to each other and rotated integrally with the rotary member; and a valve seat in which an end surface opposite to the end surface of the valve body contacted with the rotary member is slidably contacted, the valve seat has at least one flowing-out hole for fluid passing through the valve device, the valve body has a metering part acting as a minute hole communicated with the flowing-out hole at a part of its rotating angle, opposing surfaces of the rotary member and the valve body are provided with flow passages having openings communicating the metering part with the flowing-in hole for the fluid and shielding flowing-in of object having a size not enabling to pass through the metering part. |
