PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device that can provide a power consumer with a cooking recipe for facilitating power saving in conformity with power demand every time zone in consideration of power to be used for cooking.SOLUTION: A cooking recipe providing device 100 has a DR information acquiring part 50 for acquiring information of a power charge distribution in which power charge of each time zone is defined, a database 45 for storing plural cooking recipe information containing information in which a use power amount per unit time is recorded time-sequentially in conformity with progression of cooking, an extraction part 54 for extracting cooking recipe information along a predetermined condition from the plural cooking recipe information, a charge calculation part 55 for calculating a power charge to be used for cooking defined in the extracted cooking recipe information by using the power charge distribution, and an output part 56 for outputting the extracted cooking recipe information and the power charge to the user through the internet.
