PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately and promptly select a component that must be repaired.SOLUTION: A repair support system includes: a first DB storing a past repair result in which equipment information of a transmission device, trouble information and a repair component are made correspondent; a second DB in which the equipment information of the transmission device, operation information in an opposite device facing the transmission device and/or operation information in a connection device connected to the transmission device and the repair component are made correspondent; a third DB in which the equipment information of the transmission device, weather information and the repair component are made correspondent; information acquisition means for acquiring model information of a transmission device subjected to repair, trouble information, operation information in a device opposite to the transmission device subjected to repair and/or operation information in a connection device of the transmission device subjected to repair, and weather information in abnormality occurrence in equipment subjected to repair; and repair component selection means which performs collation by using one or more of the first DB to the third DB on the basis of the information required by the information acquisition means and selects a component that must be repaired, in the transmission device subjected to repair. |
