PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method that allows for an early diagnosis of leukemia central nerve invasion and a search for its therapeutic target.SOLUTION: This invention provides an inspection method for determining central nerve invasion in a leukemia patient, the method including the steps of: measuring a transcription product or translation product level of one or more genes selected from the group consisting of the following (G1)-(G17): (G1) GPM6A, (G2) BSN, (G3) BRUNOL4(CELF4), (G4) LOC730032, (G5) GJA1; (G6) TUBB2B, (G7) CRYAB, (G8) LHX2, (G9) MAP2, (G10) THRA, (G11) TPPP, (G12) FBXL16, (G13) NFIB, (G14) DACT3, (G15) KIF1A, (G16) CTNND2, and (G17) SNAP25, in a spinal fluid collected from the leukemia patient; and comparing the measurement value with a reference value in each gene. |
