PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silicone resin composition which has high antistatic properties and has practical strength characteristics as an optical adhesive.SOLUTION: The silicone resin composition contains a polysiloxane copolymer obtained by copolymerizing an onium salt represented by formula (1) and a dialkoxysilane. (In the formula, Qrepresents a nitrogen cation or a phosphorus cation; Rrepresents a 1-3C alkyl group; Rto Reach independently represent a 1-8C alkyl group; Xrepresents an anion; and m and n are each independently an integer of 1-3.)
