The present invention relates to a car seat for an infant having a cooling and heating function, which blows cooled air to an infant or provides the infant with warm heat depending on a temperature in a vehicle to allow the infant to be always in a comfortable temperature environment. The car seat for an infant having a cooling and heating function according to the present invention comprises: a car seat frame placed on a seat of a vehicle and provided with a plurality of cool air spray holes penetrating the front side thereof; a cool wind flow passage which is formed in the car seat frame, is connected to the cool air spray holes, and forms a passage in which cooled air flows; a warm wind flow passage which is formed in the car sear frame, separated from the cool wind flow passage, and forms a passage in which heated air flows; a blowing unit to blow air through the cool wind flow passage and the warm wind flow passage; a thermoelectric element module installed on a wall dividing a lower portion in the car seat frame into the cool wind flow passage and the warm wind flow passage to dispose a heat absorbing unit to absorb heat on the inside of the cool wind flow passage and to dispose a heat radiation unit to radiate heat on the inside of the warm wind flow passage; a film heater installed on the front side of the car seat frame to be heated by power applied from the outside; a heat transfer cushion installed on the front side of the film heater and provided with a thermal medium in a liquid form or a gel form encapsulated in an outer cover material made of a flexible resin for heat transfer and a plurality of air flow holes penetrating locations thereon corresponding to the cool air spray holes; and a controller to apply power to the blowing unit, the thermoelectric element module, and the film heater. |
