The present invention relates to a molding apparatus for forming a waterway pipe, and more specifically, to a molding apparatus for forming a waterway pipe, which facilitates a reliable separation of an internal mold by evenly distributing force applied to separate the internal mold prepared to form the water pipe from an external mold. The molding apparatus for forming a waterway pipe includes: an external mold which is assembled to be separable in every direction; an internal mold which is installed to be separable inside the external mold, where a lower formboard is inserted into an opening formed in a longitudinal direction; and an inner diameter control unit which is installed to adjust an inner diameter of the internal mold by being installed inside the internal mold. The inner diameter control unit includes: first and second fixed plates which are fixed on an inner circumferential surface of the internal mold to face each other; one pair of first rotatable arms which is coupled to a first connection bracket fastened to an end portion of the first fixed plate, to be rotated; one pair of second rotatable arms which is coupled to a second connection bracket fastened to an end portion of the second fixed plate, to be rotated; multiple coupling units which are fastened between the end portions of the first rotatable arm and the second rotatable arm, and have a female screw on the inner circumference thereof; and a rotating screw which is coupled to the coupling units to be rotated, and has a male screw on the outer circumference thereof. |
