PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission device which makes improvement of cooling performance by virtue of travelling wind of the power transmission device arranged on the vehicle rear side of an engine possible.SOLUTION: A power transmission device is arranged on the vehicle rear side of an engine provided on a vehicle front part and has transfer cases 21F, 21R for housing a power transmission mechanism for driving rear wheels. Wall parts 211, 212 with which travelling wind passing through the lower side of the engine from the vehicle front side collides are projected to the lower side from a lower surface of the transfer cases 21F, 21R. The wall parts 211, 212 are inclined such that an upper part falls to the vehicle rear side. A lower end P1 of a surface on the vehicle front side of the wall parts 211, 212 is formed on a position lower than a lower end P2 of a surface on the vehicle rear side. |
