PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress heat generation between a pulley and a belt low while achieving reduction in vibration and noise and slip prevention between the pulley and belt, even when there is a difference in the winding length of belt between the pulleys.SOLUTION: The winding length of a belt 23 of a driven pulley 22 is longer than that of a drive pulley 21. A potential difference is given between the pulleys 21, 22 and the belt 23, and they are adsorbed with each other by a Johnsen-Rahbeck force. At that time, a voltage application part 25 applies a potential difference Vbetween a metal layer 21b of the drive pulley 21 and the belt 23, and a voltage application part 24 applies a potential difference Vwhich is smaller than the potential difference Vbetween a metal layer 22b of the driven pulley 22 and the belt 23.
