PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide construction machinery capable of reliably avoiding contact between an entering object and a shovel.SOLUTION: A shovel includes: a lower structure; a revolving super structure that is revolvably arranged on the lower structure; an engine that is provided in the revolving super structure; a hydraulic pump for discharging hydraulic oil by rotational power of the engine; a hydraulic actuator that is provided in the revolving super structure; a control device for controlling drive of the shovel; and an entering object detector for detecting a position of an entering object making an entry into a monitoring area of the shovel. |
