PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly eliminate voltage difference between a DC bus and a cell while continuing power supply to an external load, reduce a thermal loss by providing no resistor between each cell and the DC bus, and reduce a cost as compared with the case of providing a voltage converter at each cell.SOLUTION: General control means turns off a first switching element; and, in connecting a cell in a state of parallel-off from a first DC bus with the DC bus again, keeps a first switching element provided at a cell whose voltage differs from voltage of the first DC bus being in an off state on the basis of detection results of a first voltage sensor and a second voltage sensor while making a second switching element be in an on state to make voltage adjustment means charge/discharge the cell whose voltage differs from that of the first DC bus until the voltage of the cell becomes the same voltage as that of the first DC bus. |
