PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motion support method, a terminal device, and a motion support program in which an external output device can generate motion support output at an appropriate timing and output it to outside without an operator's operation by an operation key, etc. to input a timing for the external output device to generate motion support output and output it to outside.SOLUTION: A terminal device 30 is connected to an inertial sensor 40 mounted on an object 100 to be detected and an external output device 50 by wire or by radio. The external output device 50 generates motion support output for supporting the motion of the object 100 to be detected, and outputs it to outside. The terminal device 30 includes a determination section 320 for determining whether the motion of the object 100 to be detected satisfies a preset condition using an output signal from the inertial sensor 40, and a trigger generation section 330 for generating an output start trigger when the condition is satisfied. The output start trigger is used as a start signal for the external output device 50 to generate the motion support output and output it to outside. |
