PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water supply and drainage facility unit having movement type facility equipment which is easily connected and has simple constitution, and a water supply and drainage method.SOLUTION: A water supply and drainage facility unit 1 includes: fixed-side sanitary facility equipment 101 which has a first water supply pipe 110 and a first drainage pipe 130, and is fixed to an architectural structure 100; movable-side sanitary facility equipment 201 which has a second water supply pipe and a second drainage pipe openable to the outside, and is made movable; a water supply-side connection part 20 which is branched from the first water supply pipe 110, and can be attached to and detached from the second water supply pipe; and a drainage-side connection part 30 which is branched from the first drainage pipe 130, and can be attached to and detached from the second drainage pipe. |
