PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide polypropylene which is substantially improved in mechanical properties, compared from the raw polypropylene.SOLUTION: A raw propylene having a meso phase is heat-treated at a temperature equal to or higher than the temperature 15°C lower than the melting point of the raw propylene and lower than the melting point of the raw polypropylene, with the melting point measured by the differential scanning calorimetric measurement method (DSC method) based on the method specified in JIS K7122(1987). The heat treatment improves the crystallinity and mechanical properties of polypropylene. |
