PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic detection sensor capable of reliably detecting maneuvering acts that involve use of inauthentic magnets.SOLUTION: A magnetic detection sensor 1 comprises a magnet 7 installed on one part of a double-sliding sash window 2, 3, and a detection unit 5 for detecting a magnetic field installed on the other part thereof. The detection unit comprises; a lead switch 10 positioned to detect a magnetic field opposite the magnet when the sash window is closed at a reference position; a first MR sensor 11 which does not detect magnetic field from the magnet at the reference position; and a second MR sensor 12 which detects the magnetic field from the magnet at the reference position. The first MR sensor turns ON from an OFF state when a maneuvering magnet of the same polarity approaches causing an increase in magnetic field intensity, while the second MR sensor turns OFF from an ON state when a maneuvering magnetic of opposite polarity approaches causing a decrease in magnetic field intensity. Maneuvering acts are thus reliably detected no matter how the magnetic field intensity changes. |
