PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve easiness-to-use of a door in a power assist state.SOLUTION: A power back door control device 10 comprises a control part 1 for controlling driving of a motor 20 for opening-closing a back door 30, a position detection part 1a for detecting an opening-closing position of the back door 30, a speed calculation part 1b for calculating an opening-closing speed of the back door 30 based on a time variation in the opening-closing position detected by the position detection part 1a and a target auxiliary force calculation part 1e for calculating target auxiliary force based on the opening-closing position and the opening-closing speed of the back door 30. The control part 1 controls the driving of the motor 20 so as to assist opening-closing operation of the back door 30 based on the target auxiliary force calculated by the target auxiliary force calculation part 1e. The control part 1 also controls the driving of the motor 20 so as to wholly close the back door 30 when determining that the opening-closing position of the back door 30 detected by the position detection part 1a is in the vicinity of a full closure position.
