PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for easily and speedily installing a solar panel even on an inclined land, such as a mountain surface or the like, without using a concrete foundation.SOLUTION: A photovoltaic power generation device comprises: two columns 303; two cables 341, 342 stretched vertically between the two columns 303; winding devices 351, 352 for adjusting the respective tensions of the cables 341, 342; a beam member for attaching the lower cables 342 extended forward from the columns 303; an intermediate column 371 and an intermediate base 372, which are provided at the middle positions of the lower cables 342 and supporting them; and a solar panel 360 fixed to the cables 341, 342 and mounted such that a light receiving surface inclines upward. |
