PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate countermeasure data to an installation error applicable in common to a plurality of devices.SOLUTION: An information processing method acquires an identifier of software, an identifier of an error generated during software installation, first configuration data of a device subjected to installation at the time of generation of the error, and second configuration data of the device subjected to installation at the time of resolution of the error from the device subjected to installation of the software, updates countermeasure data corresponding to the identifiers of the software and error on the basis of existing countermeasure data, the first configuration data and the second configuration data when the existing countermeasure data including countermeasure steps to be performed at the time of software installation is stored in a storage part in association with the identifier of the software, and generates countermeasure data from the difference between the first configuration data and the second configuration data to store it in the storage part in association with the identifier of the software and the identifier of the error when the existing countermeasure data is not stored in the storage part. |
