PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wavelength conversion layer structure causing no color unevenness in the same product of a light-emitting device having a light-emitting element provided with an opaque electrode pattern on the surface, and to provide a manufacturing method.SOLUTION: In a light-emitting device 1 having a light-emitting element 3 provided with an electrode pattern on the surface, and a wavelength conversion layer 13 formed on the surface of the light-emitting element, an opaque member 2 is arranged on the electrode pattern. Consequently, weak blue light arrives on the electrode pattern, the wavelength conversion layer can be made thin, and color unevenness in the same product is eliminated. |
