摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pasty seasoning causing no precipitation under a water component layer when added to a food product with a high water content, which is therefore edible without waste.SOLUTION: A pasty food material includes a seed paste such as sesame paste and a fat such as lard, which are mixed to have a fat content of 30 wt.% or more relative to the pasty food material. When added to a food product with a high water content, the pasty seasoning drifts in the water component layer or floats on the water component layer, causing no precipitation under the water component layer. Consequently the pasty seasoning can be eaten without waste, requiring no frequent stirring and mixing during eating time.
