PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack capable of preventing electrostatic discharge to an internal circuit via a terminal, a power tool and a charger.SOLUTION: A battery pack 1, in which a battery cell such as a lithium ion secondary battery is built in a battery housing 20, includes a plurality of battery side terminals 21 for electrically connecting with a power tool. The battery pack 1 is attached by sliding laterally with respect to the power tool and is held by the power tool with a well-known latch mechanism. When the battery pack is attached to the power tool, the battery side terminals 21 make contact with tool side terminals. The side face of the battery housing 20 is provided with a pair of latch operating parts 22. A user releases the latch mechanism by pressing both latch operating parts 22 from both sides and slides the battery pack 1 in a direction opposite to that when attached; thereby a battery pack 1 can be removed from the power tool. A recessed portion of the latch operating part 22 is provided with a static electricity removing member 23. |
