PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insole for sport shoe capable of improving fitting properties without inhibiting movements of the toes and simplifying an upper structure.SOLUTION: An insole 1 for sport shoe includes: a sole part 2 extending in the front-back direction from a forefoot area F via a metatarsal area M to a heel area H; and an instep part 3 that is consecutively provided from the sole part 2 and extends from an inner instep side to an outer instep side so as to cover the instep area as the area extending from the ankle to the root of the toes of a wearer. When the insole 1 is placed in a shoe, the instep part 3 of the insole 1 covers an area equivalent to a tongue part of the shoe. |
