PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solventless active energy ray-curable resin composition having high adhesive strength even to plastic films which are hard to adhere, i.e. hardly adhesive films such as an untreated PET film, a fluorine-based film, and a polycarbonate film, and capable of maintaining the adhesive strength even under wet and hot conditions, an adhesive containing the resin composition, and a laminate film obtained by using the adhesive.SOLUTION: There are provided a solventless active energy ray-curable resin composition containing a polyester resin having an acid value in a range of 20 or less (A), a polyester (meth)acrylate compound (B) and a photoinitiator (C) as essential components, and an adhesive and a laminate film. |
