PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating applicator coating a work-piece with a coating liquid where the whole outer peripheral surface of the work-piece projected to be perpendicular to the surface from a wall part disposed so as to stand up to a floor surface can be coated with a pasty coating liquid.SOLUTION: A coating applicator D comprises: a rotation mechanism 21 where a nozzle port 32a is supported to have an attitude being adjacent to the outer peripheral surface of a rivet S1 so that the nozzle port 32a of a dispenser 3 moves in a circumferential direction along the outer peripheral surface of the rivet S1 and the dispenser 3 is rotated around the center axis of the rivet S1; and a multi-joint robot 1 which moves the dispenser 3 in the center axis direction so that the nozzle port 32a moves in the circumferential direction along the outer peripheral surface of the rivet S1. |
