PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a reduction in the risk of contamination, and a decrease of remaining cells in a culture vessel when cells are sequentially moved among a plurality of culture vessels to be cultivated.SOLUTION: Cell suspension including cells and culture medium is accommodated in a first culture vessel 2 among a plurality of culture vessels 2, 3, 4 including two content transportation ports transporting content to the other vessel. A culture medium vessel 1 supplying the culture vessel with culture medium and the culture vessel are connected in a loop shape by use of a tube 5 to start cell cultivation. After completing cultivation in the first culture vessel, the cell suspension including the cultivated cells is transported to a second culture vessel 3 connected with the first culture vessel from the first culture vessel, the culture medium is supplied from the culture medium vessel through the first culture vessel used as a passage to the second culture vessel to perform cell cultivation in the second culture vessel. The transportation of the cell suspension, the supply of the culture medium, and the cell cultivation are repeatedly performed in the remaining culture vessels. |
