PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create transaction information sufficient for determining an item for journaling creation.SOLUTION: A bookkeeping system for writing transaction information has storage means comprising a question content data area for storing questions and answer choices required for double-entry bookkeeping entries, and an answer arrangement table area in which an order of answers to questions to be arranged during preparation of outline information is recorded. The bookkeeping system also has processing means comprising: question display means for presenting a question and answer choices from the question content data in a format for double-entry bookkeeping entries where an accounting office performs post-processing; input reception means for receiving an input of the question and obtained answer to generate input data; transaction information data generation means for creating transaction information data including all information required to select an account item, credit/debit classification and tax division thereof from the input data; and classification data creation means for creating classification data which includes data on the outline information, a date and an amount, and which includes one or none of a debit item and a credit item, from the transaction information data. |
