PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display device that can arrange adjacent screens aligned at the same position in the fore-and-aft direction.SOLUTION: There is provided a HUD 1 that includes a first screen 3A and a second screen 3B, can project real images with different contents on the respective screens with an image projection device 2, and causes an observer to visually recognize the projected real images as virtual images, the HUD 1 including a first screen frame 16 to which the first screen 3A is attached, a second screen frame 17 to which the second screen 3B is attached, and a support mechanism 18 that supports the second screen frame 17 movably relative to the first screen frame 16 in parallel to the optical axis X of a projection optical system 6 of the image projection device 2, where the first screen frame 16 and second screen frame 17 include contact parts 16F and 17D contacting each other in the optical axis X direction, and the contact part 16F and contact part 17D contact each other while the first screen 3A and second screen 3B are arranged flush with each other. |
