PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect appropriate action timing reflecting user's intention without delay in an interaction of a robot or the like with a user.SOLUTION: A timing information generation unit generates timing information indicating action timing of approaching an object person. The timing information is calculated based on an information amount in response to the number of times and types of approaching the object person detected for first time and the number of times of approaching the object person per type detected for second time. The first time is time from first clock time. The second time is time from second clock time later than the first clock time and shorter than the first time. An output unit outputs the timing information. |
