PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support progress recording program and the like capable of alleviating input load of recording items to support progress recording information in response to completion of work.SOLUTION: A server includes a change unit and an addition unit. The change unit changes status information on a specific TODO item to work completion if detecting an input indicating the work completion for the specific TODO item in a plurality of registered TODO items to be executed from a terminal device. The addition unit adds a support progress recording item corresponding to the specific TODO item completed with work as a support content in a support progress information DB if detecting an input indicating the work completion from the terminal device.
