PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compose a protection circuit that prevents a failure or trouble of equipment caused by an abnormal current, of an N-channel MOSFET.SOLUTION: A protection circuit 2 includes: a suppression element Q11 which is connected to a power supply side of a main circuit 3 and suppresses a current that flows to transistors Q1-Q6 of the main circuit 3 driving coils Lu, Lv and Lw of a motor; and a time constant circuit by which, when a voltage of a charge pump 13 to be used for controlling the transistors Q1-Q6 is applied, a voltage in a gate of the suppression element 11 is gradually increased. |
