PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a car body front part structure capable of assuring sufficient stroke amount even at the time of severe collision while improving performance for slide collision by a bumper beam including a closed cross section.SOLUTION: A car body front part structure includes a pair of, left and right, side frames extending in to and fro direction, and a bumper beam which is disposed in front of the side frame and has a closed cross section extending laterally. A contact part is provided which contacts to a rear wall part constituting a closed cross section of a receding bumper beam, in front of the side frame, to promote deformation in the direction where the closed cross section is crushed in front and back direction, at the time of vehicle collision. |
