PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antimicrobial film and a package maintaining antibacterial properties under low temperature storage conditions and having high safety to contents.SOLUTION: There is provided an antimicrobial film 100 which comprises a sealant layer 210 obtained by blending an insoluble organic antimicrobial particles 230, thereby maintaining antibacterial properties even under low temperature storage conditions (for example, 2°C or less). In addition, the organic antimicrobial particles 230 have a solubility to water at 25°C of 1000 ppm or less, preferably 100 ppm or less. Therefore, since the organic antimicrobial particles 230 effectively prevent the migration to an antimicrobial object, the antimicrobial film has high safety to the antimicrobial object. |
