本案之课题在于消除薄膜的松弛及弯曲等变形而确保薄膜之稳定的搬运状态。薄膜搬运装置系包括：第1移动夹具26，系位于搬运方向之入口侧，且可往薄膜的搬运方向及搬运方向的相反方向移动；以及第2移动夹具30，系位于搬运方向之出口侧，且可往搬运方向及搬运方向的相反方向移动；以面接触之状态夹持薄膜的一部分且将第1移动夹具及第2移动夹具的至少一方设定为夹持状态并予以移动，藉此对薄膜赋予张力；将第1移动夹具及第2移动夹具设定为夹持状态，并将第1移动夹具与第2移动夹具同步往搬运方向移动，藉此将被赋予张力之薄膜予以搬运。; and a second moving clamper 30 disposed at an exit side of the transporting direction and being movable in the transporting direction or the opposite direction to the transporting direction. A part of the film is held with a surface-contacting condition, and at least one of the first moving clamper and the second moving clamper is configured to a holding condition and is moved, so the film is applied with a tension. The first moving clamper and the second moving clamper are configured to the holding condition and are moved simultaneously toward the transporting direction, such that the film, which is applied with the tension, is transported.
