本发明系揭露一种制备用于美白之牛樟芝萃取物之方法，包含下述步骤：将牛樟芝菌株液接种于培养基，培养预设时间，以获得牛樟芝实体；将牛樟芝实体经温度梯度刺激生长处理，以获得牛樟芝发酵物；以及将牛樟芝发酵物以溶剂萃取，以获得牛樟芝萃取物。此方法能使制得之萃取物中的酪胺酸酶抑制剂的活性增加且不对细胞生长造成毒性，而可应用于美白化妆品的制造。; the antrodia camphorate substance being treated by temperature-gradients- stimulated growth to obtain an antrodia camphorate fermentation product; and extracting the antrodia camphorate fermentation product by a solvent to obtain an extract of antrodia camphorate. This method is capable of increasing the activity of the inhibitor of tyrosinase in the extract produced by this method and the extract produced by this method is non-toxic to cell growth, and thus this method can be applied to the manufacture of whitening cosmetics.
