本发明系关于一种积层体之剥离开始部制作方法,针对第1基板可剥离地贴附于第2基板之积层体,将刀自上述积层体之端面之至少一部分向上述第1基板与上述第2基板之界面插入特定量而于上述界面制作剥离开始部,且对上述刀供给介隔物,将附着有上述介隔物之上述刀插入至上述界面,藉此制作上述剥离开始部。
