The present invention relates to a method for producing bioethanol by using a glycosylation accelerating composition. More particularly, unlike an existing technology focusing on pretreatment process development or development of microorganisms and enzymes, according to the present invention, not only the glycosylation process can be reduced by increasing activity of enzymes by adding the glycosylation accelerating composition in the glycosylation process, but the amount of an enzyme used can be significantly reduced. Therefore, the method of the present invention has very high economic efficiency. In addition, productivity of bioethanol is increased as the glycosylation accelerating composition can be added by adding a simple process to the glycosylation process. Moreover, the method of the present invention can be applied to various kinds of biomass or enzymes not limited to certain biomass or enzymes. |
