The present invention provides an apparatus for removing green or red algae which has a structure capable of effectively and quickly processing red or green algae generated in a wide area such as sea, lakes, and rivers. The apparatus for removing green or red algae by using plasma according to the present invention includes a ship and a plasma water treatment device, which is fixated to the ship, is located under the ship under the water, and destroys organisms which generate red green or red algae in inserted fresh water or sea water. The plasma water treatment device includes: a tubular body which has an inlet to allow fresh water or seawater to be inserted, an outlet to allow the fresh water and the seawater to be discharged, and a flow channel which connects the inlet to the outlet, and is installed to make the inlet face the front side of the ship; and a plasma processor which transforms air or gas on which plasma reaction has been performed into a plurality of air bubbles and discharges the air bubbles to the fresh water or the seawater. |
