The present invention provides a method and system for extracting an access control list having a predetermined format without TCP flag information with respect to packets for a specific period of time. The proposed method includes the steps of: collecting a network packet and a network traffic log; extracting a network log containing MAC, IP, and Port information; and generating an access control list based on the network traffic log.
