Disclosed is a population of lipoprotein complexes, each comprising a lipid fraction and an apolipoprotein fraction comprising an Apolipoprotein A-1 (“ApoA-1”), wherein the lipoprotein complexes are at least 85%, 90% or 95% homogeneous, as reflected by a single peak in gel permeation chromatography. Also diclosed is its method of manufacture, and use to treat dyslipidemic disorders. |
