The present invention provides a laser processing machine. In the laser processing for making a laser optical axis to displace relatively relative to a workpiece, the local damage situation of the workpiece is restrained appropriately. The laser processing machine comprises a laser oscillator (14) used as an output source of the laser irradiating to the workpiece; scanning mechanisms (11, 12) moving the irradiation position of the laser outputted from the laser oscillator (14) relative to the workpiece; and a quantity of light adjusting mechanism (15) arranged at the position intersected with the optical axis of the laser (L) outputted from the laser oscillator (14). The quantity of light of the laser (L) is reduced gradually along with the reduction of the moving speed fo the laser irradiating to the workpiece relative to the workpiece. |
