摘要 The present invention relates to a phosphor material coating apparatus for mounting an LED element which uniformly coats a film to be bonded on an LED chip with a phosphor material to a precise thickness to form a phosphor film to be affixed to the LED chip to have excellent optical efficiency. The phosphor material coating apparatus for mounting an LED element according to the present invention comprises: a stage which is installed to be moved back and forth in a front and a rear direction, and on which a film on which a phosphor material is applied is placed; an elevator installed above the stage and separated from an upper portion of the stage; a tilting robot installed to be moved vertically by the elevator; a blade which controls a position thereof in a left and r right direction, is mounted on the tilting robot, and receives a lowering force from the elevator to move downwards with the tilting robot to coat the phosphor material applied on the film to a fixed thickness; an origin sensor arranged on both sides of the stage to measure a height of lower ends on both sides of the blade; and a control unit to receive height data of the lower ends on both sides of the blade from the origin sensor to control an operation of the tilting robot and the elevator in real time and maintain a constant height of the blade.
