The present invention relates to a roll-printing device comprising: a rotating blanket roll; and a blanket attached to a surface of the blanket roll to transfer ink in accordance with a rotation of the blanket roll. A swelling control system for a blanket comprises: a lamp unit; and a blower unit. The lamp unit is disposed to be adjacent to the blanket to supply light to the blanket as the blanket roll is rotated to dry the blanket. The blower unit induces a flow of air to pass through the surface of the blanket to dry the blanket.
