<p>The invention relates to a method of analysis intended to identify interactions between polyethylene terephthalate packaging materials and alcoholic beverages contained therein having an alcohol concentration of minimum 30% by volume. According to the invention, the method consists in comparing the areas of peaks resulting from high performance liquid chromatography analyses conducted on an alcoholic beverage sample collected from a bottle made of polyethylene terephthalate, a second sample collected from a glass bottle containing cuttings of a PET package, with a third sample, which is a reference sample, the data being recorded and processed using suitable software.</p> |
